- Daily hands-on exposure, reflection exercises, and mentor guidance.
- Focus on building critical thinking, confidence, teamwork, and professional skills.

- All students achieved improved career clarity, with measurable progress on their career goals.
- Confidence and self-belief scores increased to 5/5 after the programme.
